UPMC Western Maryland is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join our well-established and collaborative team in Cumberland, Maryland.

This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full-scope Obstetrics and Gynecology, including outpatient clinical care, Labor and Delivery, postpartum care, and gynecologic surgery. The physician will join a supportive team consisting of two experienced physicians, four midwives, and two advanced practice providers.

With a balanced clinical schedule, strong team support, and access to advanced surgical technology, this position offers an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking to build a long-term practice while making a meaningful impact on women's health in Western Maryland.

Clinical and Practice Highlights

• Clinic Schedule: 3 clinic days per week
• Labor & Delivery/Postpartum: 1 day per week
• Surgery: Approximately 0.5 to 1 day per week dedicated to surgical cases
• Call Schedule: 1 day per week, with midwives covering most first call responsibilities during the week
• Scope of Practice: Comprehensive OB/GYN care
• Surgical Technology: Access to the da Vinci Surgical System for advanced minimally invasive procedures
• Team Environment: Collaborative practice with physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers
• Visa Sponsorship: Available for qualified candidates

Qualifications

Required:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligibility for Maryland medical licensure
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality women's health care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $405,000 plus wRVU productivity incentive
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Quality Incentive: Additional earning potential for meeting established quality benchmarks
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $10,000, if applicable
• CME Allowance: $3,000
• Licensing Allowance: $2,000
• Malpractice Coverage: Paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage
