Clinical Responsibilities
Inpatient rounding for advanced heart failure patients
Consultative management of heart failure service patients
Management of ventricular assist device patients
Coordination with hospitalists, intensivists, and cardiology teams
Treatment of complex cardiac conditions and decompensated heart failure
Coverage at connected hospital campuses

Requirements
Board Certified in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
Active Indiana license required or IMLC eligibility
ABLS certification required
ACLS certification required
BLS certification required
