**Assignment Details**

- Schedule: Clinic + Call
- Call: 1:3 beeper call (30 min response)
- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Inpatient rounding and consult service (hospitalist team handles most admissions)
- ~12 patients per shift
- Advanced heart failure focus with VAD management (no transplant)
- Coverage across two connected facilities on the same campus
- 24/7 hospitalist and critical care support
- APP support on service

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Cardiology with Advanced Heart Failure training
- IN license or IMLC accepted
- ABLS, ACLS, BLS required
- Credentialing timeframe: ~60 days

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
