**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP – ongoing
- Schedule: Clinic M/W/Th (8a–5p), OR Tu/Fri
- Clinic + Call (beeper call, based on gaps)
- Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- 20+ patients per day
- Mix of clinic and surgical ENT cases
- Procedures include endoscopic sinus work, laryngoscopy, tracheotomy, and general head & neck
- Audiology support onsite
- Call is intermittent and based on scheduling gaps

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Otolaryngology
- WI license or IMLC
- BLS required
- Must perform full scope “bread and butter” ENT

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
