Call only coverage with 1:1 call ratio
10 patients seen per 24-hour call shift
14-bed department with 315 deliveries annually
30-minute call response time required
High risk pregnancy and complicated delivery skills required
C-section and VBAC experience needed
Both inpatient and outpatient rounding
Board certification required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
