• Case Mix: Newborn nursery, inpatient pediatric coverage, ER consults

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active AR license required (no licensing available)
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• DEA: Required
• Experience: New graduates accepted
• Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable with neonatal stabilization and emergency pediatric care
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide weekend pediatric call coverage (offsite)
• Manage newborn nursery and inpatient pediatric unit
• Respond to ER consults (primarily phone-based)
• Perform daily rounding on nursery and inpatient unit
• Stabilize and transfer patients as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
