Requirements

  • Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license in good standing
  • Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based service delivery
  • Ability to provide consultative and classroom-based (push-in) services

Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
  • Provide services primarily via consultative, classroom-based (push-in) model (no pull-out therapy)
  • Evaluate student needs and contribute to eligibility determinations and service planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and school staff to implement strategies and accommodations
  • Train and consult with staff on therapeutic strategies and classroom implementation
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
  • Ensure compliance with FERPA and applicable regulations
  • Provide all services on-site (no teletherapy)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
