Requirements
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based service delivery
- Ability to provide consultative and classroom-based (push-in) services
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
- Provide services primarily via consultative, classroom-based (push-in) model (no pull-out therapy)
- Evaluate student needs and contribute to eligibility determinations and service planning
- Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and school staff to implement strategies and accommodations
- Train and consult with staff on therapeutic strategies and classroom implementation
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
- Ensure compliance with FERPA and applicable regulations
- Provide all services on-site (no teletherapy)
- Perform other duties as assigned
