Looking for an experienced RN to join a long-term care team in Hart, MI. This is an 8-week contract role starting ASAP, working evenings (8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week). Travel pay is $2,060 per 40 hours; local pay is $1,980 per 40 hours.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create and carry out individualized care plans for residents.
  • Provide hands-on nursing care while also supervising LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely and accurately.
  • Monitor residents’ progress, document changes in health status, and communicate findings.
  • Coordinate with physicians, family members, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care.
  • Ensure nursing practice and documentation meet regulatory and facility standards.

What we’re looking for

  • Active RN license valid for practice in Michigan.
  • At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor staff.
