Schedule: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week — Evenings
Type: Contract/Travel
Rate: Travel $1,752 per 40 hours; Local $1,684 per 40 hours
Requirements:
- Active LPN license valid in Michigan
- Minimum 1 year LTC or similar experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Administer medications and basic treatments per care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and hygiene
- Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition
- Accurately document nursing interventions and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
