Join a long-term care team in Hart, MI for an 8-week contract providing evening coverage (8-hour shifts, 40 hours/week). Start ASAP.
Compensation:
- Travel: $1,752 per 40 hours
- Local: $1,684 per 40 hours
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Hart
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or comparable experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Administer medications and basic treatments per established care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions promptly
- Accurately document nursing interventions and outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote resident-centered care
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
Schedule: Evenings; 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Duration: 8 weeks; Contract/Travel position.
