Travel RN Long-Term Care (Evening Shift) Hart, MI (8-Week Contract)

Join a long-term care team in Hart, MI for an 8-week contract starting ASAP. This evening shift position is full-time (40 hours/week; 8-hour shifts) and offers competitive pay: Travel rate $2,060/40 hrs; Local rate $1,980/40 hrs.

Requirements:

• Active RN license valid in Michigan
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide direct resident care and supervise nursing staff
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Monitor, document, and report residents’ clinical status and progress
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Oversee LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards
