Your Role
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote emotional and psychological well-being
What We're Looking For
- Active LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in Illinois (all supervisory hours completed)
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to improving the mental health of older adults
