Hybrid Psychotherapist in Rocky Mount, NC

We are seeking a compassionate integrated therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC or LMHC-A) to join our primary care team in Rocky Mount. In this role, you will provide rapid behavioral health assessments and brief interventions for patients during their primary care visits, supporting whole-person health in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule:

• Onsite clinical days: Monday to Thursday
• Admin/remote day: Friday
• No weekends or on-call 

What You'll Do

• Conduct brief, solution-focused assessments for patients referred by their PCP
• Deliver evidence-informed short-term interventions
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary primary care team
• Complete timely EHR documentation and coordinate care

Qualifications

• Active license: LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
• LMHC-As are welcome to apply, supervision is available
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Experience providing therapy independently in a clinical setting
• Proficiency with EHR and knowledge of community resources
