**Assignment Details**
- Start: ASAP – ongoing
- Schedule: 3 days/week (site flexible), 8a–5p
- 12–15 shifts per month
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
- EMR: Epic (Beacon)

**Clinical Details**
- 12–15 patients per day
- Management of existing hematology and oncology patients
- No procedures required
- Community-based ambulatory setting
- Support staff includes RN and MA

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Hematology/Oncology
- WA license or IMLC accepted
- BLS required
- Clean malpractice preferred
- NPDB self-query required at presentation

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
