**Assignment Details**
- Dates:
- June: 6/8–6/12 (preferred) OR 6/29–7/2
- August: 8/3–8/7 OR 8/10–8/14
- October: 10/26–10/30
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–4:30p
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
- EMR/Equipment: TrueBeam linear accelerators, Siemens Go-Sim CT Simulator

**Clinical Details**
- Radiation oncology clinic coverage
- 5–10 patients/day
- Cases include consults, follow-ups, and on-treatment patients
- Adult population only
- Solo provider with support from 3 RNs and admin staff

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Radiation Oncology
- OH license highly preferred (will consider providers needing license)
- NPDB self-query required (within 30 days)
- Clean background preferred
- Must provide full presentation details (availability, references, malpractice, work history, etc.)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
