Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts
Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends as needed (2–3 per month)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Rate: $2,456 per 40-hour week
Core Requirements:
- Active Hawaii RN license
- 2+ years’ experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency
- Travel assignment experience
- Active, clear driver’s license and personal auto insurance
- Proficiency with Homecare HomeBase and OASIS
- COVID and influenza vaccinations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Case management experience
Other Details:
- Mileage reimbursed at $0.43 per mile (note: lower than current IRS rate)
