Requirements:

- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required
- Previous Med Surg and/or ER experience required
- Prior charge or leadership experience preferred
- OB/Newborn stabilization training preferred
Responsibilities:
- Serve as working supervisor covering Med Surg and ER units
- Provide direct patient care while overseeing unit operations
- Coordinate staffing, assignments, and patient flow
- Respond to emergencies and support high-acuity cases
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols
- Act as resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care and maintain accurate records
