Schedule: Monday–Friday flexible clinic schedule; 1:4 call rotation (ongoing)

Patient Population and Scope

• Adults
• General urology case mix with opportunity to develop subspecialty interests
• Clinic volume flexible
• Includes admissions, rounding, and phone consults

Facility and Support

• EMR: Epic (HIMSS Stage VII)
• Full urology procedural capabilities in office and hospital
• Multidisciplinary physician network and established physician group with mentorship

Privileges, Credentialing, Compliance

• Hospital privileges required
• Credentialing timeline: ~90–120 days
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic
• Licensure/credential reimbursements available (license, DEA, CSR, dues)

• Salary: Competitive, MGMA-based and negotiable

Procedures and Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient urologic care
• Perform general urology procedures and surgeries
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation (inpatient and outpatient)
• Build and grow a personalized practice within the group
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Indiana medical license
• DEA registration required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a group practice
