What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver psychotherapy to aging adults in skilled nursing/long-term care facilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guide patient-centered care
• Perform clinical assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Be a trusted advocate for improving emotional health and daily quality of life

What You'll Need

• Candidates must hold an active, independent Tennessee license authorizing independent clinical practice and billing (LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or LMHC); associate, provisional, or supervised licenses are not eligible due to independent billing requirements in post-acute care
• A heart for older adults and the patience and empathy to match
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative spirit
