• Part-time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Rotate weekends once per month
• 10 patients every 4 hours
• Family practice clinic
• 2+ years NP or PA experience in primary care required
• All ages from 2 years and up
• Experience with substance abuse and women's health preferred
• Community Health/FQHC experience strongly preferred
