We are seeking a Endocrinologist to join a thriving outpatient practice in Pueblo, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment while enjoying a vibrant community and access to outdoor recreation in Southern Colorado.

* Established outpatient endocrinology practice
* Focus on adult patient population (no pediatrics)
* Manage a variety of endocrine conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis
* Average patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day
* On-site resources including ultrasound capabilities
* Plans to add a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) to the team
* System-wide EMR platform in place

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide comprehensive outpatient care for endocrine disorders
* Diagnose and manage conditions such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and metabolic bone disease
* Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
* Collaborate with clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
* Contribute to a patient-centered and team-oriented practice culture

**Qualifications (Required)**

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (within 5 years of residency)
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism (within 5 years)
* Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
* DEA registration (required prior to start)
* Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days at time of submission)

**Compensation & Benefits**

* Salary Range: $265,000 – $300,000 annually
