Established urology opportunity in Northwest Indiana offering a balanced practice with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Join a collaborative group of physicians in a supportive, well-resourced environment with flexibility to shape your practice based on your clinical interests.
**Practice Details**
-Full-time, permanent position
-Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
-Monday-Friday flexible work schedule
-Clinic volume flexible
-Call rotation of 1:4
-Group practice setting with strong mentorship and collaboration
-EPIC EMR utilized across inpatient and outpatient settings
-AI-enabled EMR functionality
-Fully integrated, advanced health system infrastructure
**Candidate Requirements**
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
-Subspecialty interests encouraged
-Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
**Compensation and Benefits**
-Highly competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines
