We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide full-spectrum primary care in a supportive environment that values innovation, teamwork, and work-life balance.
* Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
* 36 patient-facing hours per week with dedicated time for professional development
* Access to nearby lab and imaging services for efficient, coordinated care
* Opportunity to quickly build a patient panel
* Collaborative, physician-led team environment
* Participation in an after-hours call rotation shared among colleagues
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine services
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
* Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
* Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams
* Participate in after-hours on-call coverage
* Contribute to care model improvements and patient care strategies
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
* Support a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care
**Qualifications (Required)**
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must complete residency)
* Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
* DEA registration (required prior to start)
* Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days at time of submission)
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Base Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually
* Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
* Productivity Bonus: Based on wRVU production
* Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years)
* Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates
* Paid malpractice insurance
