We are seeking a CRNA to join a high-performing anesthesiology team in a Level I Trauma Center. This role offers a dynamic inpatient practice environment, strong compensation, call incentives, and a generous sign-on bonus.
* Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient hospital setting
* Deliver care across a wide range of surgical and procedural cases in a high-acuity trauma environment
* Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
* Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
* Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
* Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
* Participate in scheduled night and weekend call coverage
* Respond within one hour when on-call (2-hour minimum callback)
* Accurately document patient encounters in EMR systems
* Maintain compliance with credentialing, regulatory, and clinical standards
* Support staffing needs within the department
**Schedule & Call**
* Two call shifts per 6-week schedule
* Weekday call: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
* Weekend rotation includes:
* Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
* Sunday: 24-hour coverage split into three shifts
* One-hour response time required when on call
**Compensation & Benefits**

**Qualifications (Required)**
* Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – no exceptions
* Active Michigan RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
* Minimum 1–2 years of CRNA experience (excluding training)
* ACLS and BLS certifications
* DEA registration (required prior to start)
* CSR/CDS certification (required prior to start)
* Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days at time of submission)
* Clean malpractice and licensure history
* Candidates must be able to reliably commute within one hour
* Must be able to work the scheduled shifts as outlined
