**About the Position**
Full-time Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist opportunity to help lead and expand a growing cardiovascular program within a regional referral center. This is a high-impact role focused on program development, advanced heart failure care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

**Practice Highlights**
-Fellowship-trained in Advanced Heart Failure required
-Lead heart failure readmission reduction initiatives
-Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice
-Manage advanced heart failure patients across the continuum of care
-Participate in Heart Failure and SHOCK inpatient response teams
-Active involvement on the LVAD Committee
-LVAD workup and longitudinal patient management
-Oversight of APP-led outpatient CHF clinics
-Participate in heart failure research initiatives
-Assist with ICU management of complex cardiac patients

**Clinical Scope (Optional Based on Interest)**
-Interpret echocardiography and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET)
-Cardiac MRI interpretation (optional)
-Perform right and left heart catheterizations
-Optimize guideline-directed medical therapy for advanced HF patients

-MD or DO
