**OBGYN opening in Cincinnati, OH**
Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a OBGYN to join our established and growing Women’s Health team. Practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong subspecialty support and a focus on compassionate care.
* Comprehensive OB/GYN practice including obstetrics, surgery, and outpatient care
* Deliveries performed at a hospital with a Level II NICU
* Access to Maternal-Fetal Medicine support through collaboration with academic partners
* Structured schedule: 3 days clinic / 2 days surgical per week
* Strong emphasis on work-life balance with structured scheduling
* Shared 1:6 call rotation
* Strong support staff including MAs/LPNs, triage team, surgery scheduler, and administrative support
* Collaborative care model with certified nurse-midwives
* Collegial and expanding women’s health program with mentorship and growth opportunities
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, surgical, and outpatient services
* Perform gynecologic and obstetric procedures and surgeries
* Manage labor and delivery responsibilities on call rotation
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including midwives and specialists
* Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality and compassion
* Participate in shared call and hospital coverage responsibilities
**Qualifications (Required)**
* Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (must complete residency/fellowship)
* Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
* DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
* Current NPDB Self-Query report (within 30 days at time of submission)
* Comfortable working collaboratively with midwifery teams
* New graduates accepted with mentorship support
