**Neurohospitalist Opening in Kentucky**
Located in Ashland, Kentucky
**About the Position**
Full-time Neurohospitalist opportunity within a large regional healthcare system. This inpatient-focused role offers a strong compensation package, excellent specialist support, and a flexible schedule designed for work-life balance.
**Practice Highlights**
-7 on / 7 off schedule
-Inpatient-focused neurohospitalist role
-Infrequent inpatient call
-No after-hours call (teleneurology coverage after 5 PM)
-Manage a diverse inpatient neurology population
-Collaborate with a team of 4 neurologists with subspecialty training
-Access to strong multidisciplinary support including neurosurgery, vascular surgery, PM&R, and neuropsychology
-High-volume practice supported by a large referral network
-EPIC electronic medical records system
**Clinical Capabilities**
-EEG, ambulatory EEG, and video EEG
-NCV/EMG with experienced neurodiagnostic technicians
-Certified Primary Stroke Center
-Thrombolytics and mechanical thrombectomy capabilities
-Award-winning stroke program with national recognition
**Compensation and Benefits**
-$400,000+ earning potential
-Base salary plus wRVU productivity bonus
