**About the Position**
Full-time Neurosurgery opportunity within a large regional referral center affiliated with an academic health system. Join an established neurosurgical team in a high-volume setting with strong support and modern facilities.
**Practice Highlights**
-Join 2 full-time neurosurgeons in an established program
-High-volume referral base from 40+ primary care clinics
-Service area of approximately 750,000 patients
-Broad case mix with access to multiple specialties
-Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
-Strong administrative and clinical support
-Modern infrastructure following recent campus expansion
**Compensation and Benefits**
-$900,000 guaranteed salary for first 3 years
-Productivity bonus based on $100 per wRVU
-Sign-on bonus available
