Seeking a Psychiatrist to join its Inpatient Psychiatric team. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a structured weekday schedule in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on high-quality inpatient psychiatric care.

* Monday–Friday daytime schedule (no routine nights or weekends)
* 100% onsite inpatient psychiatry (no telehealth)
* Average of ~18 patients per day
* Supportive team including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and per diem clinicians
* Established inpatient unit with 99 beds
* Opportunity to work in a collaborative and well-resourced behavioral health setting

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide inpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
* Manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions
* Conduct psychiatric assessments and medication management
* Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination
* Support involuntary commitment processes when clinically indicated
* Collaborate with physicians, APPs, psychologists, and clinical staff
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

**Qualifications (Required)**

* Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry (within 0–5 years of residency)
* Active Delaware medical license or ability to obtain
* DEA registration (required prior to start)
* CSR/CDS registration (required prior to start)
* Current NPDB Self-Query report
* BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
