Requirements
- Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid Virginia Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) licensure
- Passing score on Praxis #5403, if applicable
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide school-based psychological services in accordance with IDEA and district policies
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and interventions to support student academics, behavior, and social-emotional needs
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and FERPA
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards of practice
- Work within district schedules and operational hours; notify designated personnel of absences
- Complete required screenings, trainings, and documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by district administration
