Castleview Physician Practices is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for our busy Family Medicine practice. This is an amazing opportunity for a provider looking to join a supportive team, work in a state-of-the-art facility, and enjoy a community that offers endless outdoor recreation.
Position Details:
- Primary Care Experience Required: We're looking for a provider who’s ready to hit the ground running.
- Clinic Schedule:
- Monday 8am – 5pm
- Tuesday 10am to 7pm
- Wednesday 7am to 4pm
- Thursday 8am – 5pm
- Friday 7am – 4pm
- Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day in the clinic
