Position Details:

• Hospital-employed opportunity

• Location: Conemaugh Physician Group – Family Medicine – Claysburg, PA

• Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic

• EMR: Epic

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Patient Volume: Approx. 18–22 patients per day

• Scope: Full-spectrum Family Medicine across the lifespan

• Collaborative team with physician support
