Required qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- BLS certification
- Outpatient/clinic nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and organizational ability
- Additional certifications related to the clinic specialty preferred
Key responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, obtain vitals, and complete clinical documentation
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as delegated by RN or physician
- Assist providers during exams and procedures and provide patient education
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinic protocols and compliance standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment
