Travel RN Medical-Surgical Nights (Portales, NM) — $2,280/40h, 6p-6a Contract

Ready to take a rewarding travel assignment in Portales, NM? We’re looking for an experienced RN to join a medical-surgical team on nights. This is a contract opportunity with an ASAP start and a 6p–6a schedule.

What you’ll do

• Regularly assess and monitor patients, including vital signs and condition changes.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and necessary interventions.
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate changes to the rest of the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and self-management.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to coordinate seamless patient care.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical-surgical experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on the patient population.
