Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing operations in long-term care/skilled nursing facility
- Supervise and support nursing staff and CNAs
- Coordinate staffing, assignments, and resident care delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Assess residents and respond to changes in condition
- Manage admissions, discharges, and care transitions
- Serve as clinical resource and resolve escalated issues
- Document care and maintain accurate records
