**General Urology Opportunity**
**Location: Beverly, MA**
Seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Urologist to join a growing clinical team based at a community hospital within a large integrated health system in Beverly, MA
Established, high-demand urology practice with strong patient volume and supportive infrastructure
Full-scope general urology practice with emphasis on community-based care and access to subspecialty expertise
• Opportunity replaces 1 of 4 MDs within a collaborative group that includes fellowship-trained urologists and advanced practice providers
• Clinical responsibilities include management of a broad range of benign urologic conditions
• Procedures include TURP, TURBT, stone surgery, laser lithotripsy, and ESWL access
• In-office procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, and minor urologic interventions
• Opportunities to participate in women’s health, incontinence procedures, and BPH therapies
• Shared call schedule of approximately 1:4
• Access to advanced OR facilities, on-site pathology, and advanced imaging support
• Seamless collaboration with subspecialists in oncology, reconstruction, FPMRS, and endourology
• Supported by a major academic tertiary system with strong administrative and clinical infrastructure
• EMR system (Epic) with robust APP and clinical support
• Ideal for a clinician seeking a community-based practice with academic-level resources
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology required
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency required
• Strong clinical, procedural, and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Fellowship training welcomed but not required
• Competitive compensation with 2-year guaranteed base salary
• Estimated pay range: $360,000 – $450,000 annually
• Potential for performance-based incentives including productivity and quality bonuses

• Eligibility for faculty appointment if desired
