Inpatient psychiatry opportunity within a collaborative, multi-specialty health system. Join a supportive behavioral health team providing care to both adolescent and adult patient populations in a modern, expanding facility with strong institutional backing and resources.

**Practice Details**
-Full-time, permanent inpatient position
-7 on / 7 off schedule
-Shared call rotation
-Patient panel includes adolescents and adults
-Team of psychiatrists and PMHNPs providing collaborative care
-Remodeled behavioral health space with ongoing expansion adding additional inpatient beds
-EPIC EMR integrated with primary care
-Dragon voice dictation available

**Candidate Requirements**
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
-MD or DO licensed (or eligible) in North Dakota and Minnesota
-Interest in inpatient psychiatric care and team-based environment

-Salary guarantee or wRVU-based compensation (whichever is greater)
