This role provides the opportunity to build a high-volume practice with strong institutional support.

**Practice Details**
-Full-time, permanent position
-Focus on joint replacement and arthroplasty procedures
-Monday-Friday schedule
-Start with 1 OR day, with opportunity to increase to 2 OR days
-1:4 weekend-only call rotation
-Annual caseload of 400+ procedures
-Dedicated OR staff and strong surgical support
-Team includes orthopedic surgeons, trauma surgeons, hand surgeon, and APPs
-Access to Stryker Mako robotic arm for advanced joint procedures
-EPIC EMR system

**Candidate Requirements**
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
-Training or interest in joint replacement and arthroplasty

-Salary guarantee or wRVU-based compensation (whichever is greater)
