LPN/LVN - Night Shift, Long Term Care (Kane, PA)

We’re looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our long-term care team in Kane, PA. This is a full-time night role working 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with rotating weekends. The position starts on 05/18/2026.

What we’re looking for

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license (or temporary work permit)
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Nursing home experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply
• COVID vaccination preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical asepsis, body mechanics, resident personal care, correct use and care of equipment, observation techniques, and accurate reporting/recording is highly preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow facility regulations, policies, procedures, and the institution’s philosophy
• Professional, courteous approach with residents, visitors, and co-workers and a dedication to meeting the needs of elderly residents
• Awareness of cost containment, efficient time use, and proper equipment care
• Ability to accept and follow written and verbal directions, and to use good communication and observation skills
