Join a Rochester, NH team as a Registered Nurse on a 9-week contract (non-travel). Position begins ASAP. Schedule: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Local rate: $1,724 per 40-hour week.
Requirements:
- Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state
- Current BLS certification
Key responsibilities:
- Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and document assessments and interventions in the medical record
- Administer medications, collect specimens, and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Monitor patient progress, provide ongoing interventions, and update records to reflect changes and education provided
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment and ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by enforcing unit policies, supervising patient conduct, and addressing safety concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
