Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) — Hudson, NH | 13Week Contract, Competitive Rate

Join a supportive outpatient team in Hudson, NH for a 13-week contract starting ASAP. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Compensation:

• Travel rate: $1,383 per 35-hour week
• Local rate: $1,362 per 35-hour week

What you’ll need:

• Current, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license

What you’ll do:

• Work alongside the Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, review medical histories, and help set realistic goals.
• Deliver prescribed interventions and guided exercises to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Use therapeutic modalities and equipment safely and effectively as part of rehab plans.
• Teach patients and their families exercise routines and home programs to support recovery and long-term function.
• Keep clear, timely documentation of treatments, patient progress, and any changes in the care plan.
• Communicate regularly with the PT and the broader healthcare team to coordinate care and discuss treatment adjustments.
• Follow safety and infection-control protocols to maintain a clean, secure therapy environment.
• Provide encouragement and emotional support to help patients stay motivated during their recovery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
