JOB OVERVIEW

• Job Type: Locum Tenens

• Coverage Type: Clinical Only

• Coverage Period: June 1, 2026 – Ongoing

• Clinical Shift Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

COVERAGE DATES

• June 1–4

• June 16–19

• June 29 – July 2

• July 13–16

• July 27–30

• August 10–13

• August 24–27

• September 7–10

• September 21–24

PATIENT INFORMATION

• Patient Demographics: Adults (18+)

• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 15 patients per day; 2 consults per day

• Admissions: Included

• Rounding: Included

• Case Mix: Vascular Surgery, including bypass and amputations

FACILITY INFORMATION

• No. of Beds in Department: 150

• EMR System: Epic

• Specialty Backup Available: Surgical Team

• Support Staff Available: Multidisciplinary Hospital Staff

• Reason for Coverage: Ongoing Coverage Needs

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (with clean file)

• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Rate: TBD

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Vascular Bypass Procedures

• Amputations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Active PA License

• BC/BE in Vascular Surgery

• DEA

• Minimum 1 year vascular experience (surgical experience preferred but not required)

• EPIC experience preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide vascular surgery coverage in clinic and hospital settings

• Perform patient assessments, consults, and follow-ups

• Conduct hospital rounds and manage inpatient care

• Assist with vascular procedures including bypass and amputations

• Collaborate with surgical and multidisciplinary teams
