Job Description
Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree such as MS, MBA, or PharmD strongly preferred; 340B ACE designation a plus) and be eligible for pharmacist licensure in the state prior to start. Candidates must bring 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmacy procurement, sourcing, or supply chain leadership, including oversight of large, complex spend portfolios ($1B+). Deep knowledge of wholesaler and GPO contracting, purchasing systems, and contract compliance tools is required, along with experience supporting 340B environments. This role requires a strategic leader with strong supplier negotiation skills and a proven ability to standardize procurement practices across complex health systems.
