- 2 months on, 4 months off schedule for minimum 1 year commitment
- Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm, weekends 1 pm - 5 pm
- 13 - 16 patients per day, up to 20 in winter months
- All outpatient procedures
- Hospital privileges required
- PALS and BLS certification required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
