Required/Preferred Qualifications:

• CSPDT certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in sterile processing, OR, or central supply preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment per established protocols.
• Inspect, assemble, and prepare surgical instrument sets accurately for procedure use.
• Maintain inventory, track supplies, and ensure proper storage and rotation of sterile items.
• Document sterilization cycles, equipment maintenance, and compliance with infection-control standards.
• Coordinate with surgical and clinical teams to support safe, timely patient care.
