Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP required
- Extensive LDRP or Women’s Services experience required
- Prior leadership or director-level experience preferred
- Strong leadership, operational, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for LDRP services
- Oversee Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Nursery units
- Ensure safe, high-quality maternal and newborn care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
- Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and compliance
- Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership
- Manage budgets, resources, and program development
- Support staff education, recruitment, and retention
