Travel RN Emergency Room (Nights, SunTue) Lake Isabella, CA (Contract)

Join a contract Emergency Department team in Lake Isabella, CA, starting ASAP. This travel assignment is nights, Sun–Tue (36 hours), with competitive pay of $2,182 per 36-hour shift.

Required qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• ER or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival and prioritize care
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
• Continuously monitor patient condition and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up instructions
• Engage in quality improvement and safety initiatives within the ED
