Requirements:

- Experience in LTC, SNF, or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and caregiving skills.
- BLS required; additional geriatric or LTC certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely.
- Document care accurately and maintain compliance with LTC regulations.
- Educate residents and families on care plans and health goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care.
