Job Description
- Salary: $272,300 " $371,300 DOE
- Performance bonus: Up to $32,000 annually
- Sign-on bonus available
- Loan repayment eligible (FQHC program)

- Outpatient-only practice " no inpatient call
- Flexible schedule: 4x10 or 5x8 options
- Patient volume: 20"22 patients per day
- Modern EMR system
- Team-based, mission-driven care environment
- Residents and new graduates welcome
- Manage a panel of primary care patients and provide comprehensive care
- Treat acute conditions, chronic diseases, and preventive health needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Help improve patient outcomes and quality of care
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active California Physician & Surgeon License (or ability to obtain)
- BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
