Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Family Medicine Physician to join an established primary care group in Western New York. This is a full?time, outpatient?focused role in a community?oriented practice connected to a larger integrated health system, offering strong support and long?term career growth.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

• American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine.

• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license and required credentials.

• DEA certification.
